     Sandra (Sam) and Paul Van Marter established Van Marter & Associates, Inc. in 1992. They have years of staffing background with companies like IDI and Salem Technical Staffing. Sam is President and majority owner. Paul, a disabled service Veteran, was a corporate V.P. with Salem Technical Staffing before starting his own business. In 2000 Van Marter & Associates re-organized, and Sam took over her current position.

     Our staff has many years of industry and engineering expertise.
